Our Purpose

Established under the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 (KCSA, 1959), the Society functions as the apex governance body entrusted with safeguarding the collective rights, welfare, and long-term interests of its members.

The Society exists to ensure that The County Address evolves as a legally compliant, well-managed, transparent, and socially cohesive residential community. It represents residents in matters relating to administration, maintenance, documentation, security, regulatory compliance, and engagement with external stakeholders.

Sole Authority: For The County Address layout, the Society is the sole and final authority. No individual, intermediary, developer, broker, or external organisation—including the original developer—has any governing, operational, or decision-making role within the layout once the Association has assumed responsibility.
